REFUND POLICY

SetField is standalone software sold as a one-time lifetime licence and delivered digitally. Please read this policy before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Purchases of SetField are not refundable. This is not a formality; it follows from how the product works:

• Delivery is immediate and complete. Your download link and licence instructions are delivered by email (on launch day for presale orders, within minutes of checkout after launch), and your signed licence is issued as soon as you submit your computer's request code. Unlike a physical product, a delivered digital licence cannot be returned: once issued, it cannot be "sent back."

• Your licence is bound to your machine. Your licence is signed for the unique request code generated by your computer. This is what makes your licence permanently yours, lets the software run fully offline with no account and no ongoing checks, and prevents licences from being shared, resold, or pirated. It also means an issued licence cannot be reissued to another person or restocked. A refunded licence would be a dead licence that still unlocked the software forever on your machine, which is why activation and refundability cannot coexist in an offline product.

BUY WITH YOUR EYES OPEN
Because sales are final, we work hard to show you exactly what you are buying before you pay:

• Every take and still on setfield.io was made with the actual product, on one PC, with nothing uploaded, and is shown unretouched. Watch all of them.
• The demo video and the screen captures on setfield.io are of the actual product.
• Minimum and recommended system requirements are published on the site. Please verify your machine meets them before purchasing; hardware incompatibility is not grounds for a refund.
• Any question we haven't answered on the page, ask us first at support@setfield.io or through the contact form. We would far rather answer ten questions before a purchase than have one unhappy customer after it.

SUPPORT DOES NOT END AT CHECKOUT
No refunds does not mean no help. If anything about installation, activation, or generation isn't working, contact support@setfield.io with your order number. Lost licences and download links are re-sent free, forever. Moving to a new computer? Choose Release this computer in SetField, then request a licence from the new machine on the activation page and we will issue it.
