SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SetField is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs, carriers, or tracking numbers. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Every purchase includes a lifetime SetField licence. Delivery consists of an email containing a download link for the software installer and your licence instructions, sent to the email address used at checkout. Install the software, copy the request code it shows you, and submit it with your order number on the activation page at setfield.io; your signed licence is then emailed to you, normally within one business day.

PRESALE DELIVERY
SetField is currently in presale. Presale orders are delivered on launch day, September 27, 2026. On that day you will receive your download link and licence instructions by email. No further action is needed after checkout: your spot is reserved the moment your order is placed, and the price you paid is locked.

If you have not received your delivery email by the end of September 27, 2026, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we will resend it promptly.

DELIVERY AFTER LAUNCH
For purchases made after September 27, 2026, your download link and licence instructions are delivered by email shortly after checkout, typically within minutes. If your email has not arrived within one hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Delivery depends on a valid, accessible email address. Please double-check the email you enter at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us with your order number and we will redirect your delivery.

DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING
An internet connection is required once, to download the installer and the engine packs. After that one-time download and a one-time activation, SetField runs fully offline on your machine. System requirements are listed on our website: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), an NVIDIA RTX graphics card, 16 GB of RAM and 70 GB of free SSD space.

LOST ACCESS
If you ever lose your licence or download link, contact us with your order number or checkout email and we will resend them. Your lifetime licence does not expire.
